HOTEL RESERVATIONS

 

We have reserved a block of hotel rooms at the Hyatt Place (199 Haywood St, Asheville, NC 28801), which is only an 8 minute walk to The Collider.

Individuals must identify themselves as part of the Forest Stewardship Council group in order to receive the group rate.

The group rate of $139 includes free breakfast, WIFI, and parking.

 

The discounted group rate of $139 is valid through 9/14/18, Reservation Cut off Date. 

The rate is available for the contracted dates of:  Sunday, 9/30 through Thursday, 10/4

TRANSPORTATION

 

To take public transportation from the Asheville Airport to The Collider, walk to the “New Airport Rd at Airport Park Dr” stop (5 min.) and take the S3 bus to “ART Station” (35 min.). Then walk up Coxe Ave to where Patton Ave meets Haywood St. (5 min.).

 

Unfortunately the Hyatt Place does not have a shuttle service, but Uber and Lyft cost around $20 or less to downtown from the airport.
